Land Development Stakeholder Meeting - January 6, 2010

The Ventura Countywide Stormwater Quality Program hosted a Stakeholder Meeting to discuss revisions to the Land Development Technical Guidance Manual to comply with new State Permit requirements for development and redevelopment in Ventura County.

Hold stakeholder meeting January 6
Written comments from stakeholders (one week) January 13
Draft Manual incorporating stakeholder comments for review and public comment March 26
Public comments due (two weeks) April 9
Final draft April 30
Regional Board review 30-day minimum
Effective date 90 days after Executive Officer approval
